Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://lactationconsultantbuffalo.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Divinely Nourished LLC markets and arranges Prenatal Education Consultation, Pumping Consultation, Breastfeeding Education, Breastfeeding Pain Consultation, Low Milk Supply Consultation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Divinely Nourished LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Divinely Nourished LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://lactationconsultantbuffalo.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Divinely Nourished LLC makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Divinely Nourished LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Divinely Nourished LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MN, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MN.
Term Changes. Divinely Nourished LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
